Thursday 23rd October 2025
12pm: Bump in of all cattle exhibits. Please note no cattle will be permitted entry into White Park before this time.
6:30pm: Michael Crouch Memorial Careers Evening – Scone RSL
Friday 24th October 2025
WAVERLEY STATION EDUCATION DAY
6:30am - 12pm: Weighing of Led Prime steers and heifers
7:45am – 11am: Optional Paraders Practical & Workshops
11am: All led exhibits must be at White Park
11:45am: Students leave White Park for drop off to Junior Meat Judging, JBS Scone. (To be confirmed)
12pm – 3pm: Junior Australian Intercollegiate Meat Judging – JBS Scone
12pm: Official Opening of 2025 Upper Hunter Beef Bonanza
12:15pm – 1:30pm: Whole Group Industry Demonstration
1:45pm – 3pm: Educational Workshops
4pm: Commercial Heifer followed Stud Heifer Judging
6pm: Sponsored Free Sausage Sizzle Dinner
6:30pm: School Steer Shootout in Main Arena

7:30am: Led steer/heifer classes begin
8am: Unled exhibits must be at Scone Saleyards
+ Weighing of unled prime steers and heifers
At the completion of led steer and prime heifer classes
